Went to Shop Rite Pharmacy in Berlin. Had to change primary physicans as a conflict arose with the nurse manager, at Penn Medicine. I am not alone another pt. had a conflict with the nurse manager. The other patient asked the pharmacist to recommend a primary care doctor. They mentioned Penn Med. Gibbsboro. They said cant go there problems with the nurse manager been going there for years. I my Mom and Dad also pts for years. Its very sad when patients become like cattle. We are human beings. When an office expands and cant have empathy that is an issue. When a nurse manager is a control freak so sad. I am sure there are more people who had issues with this manager. Remember 1 person can ruin a reputation of once was a great place. I will bet that office will lose many patients. Time will tell. Remember every pt is dif family dynamics are diffferent . We are all in dif. situations. Maybe just maybe if that nurse manager walked in someone elses shoes for just 1 day she wd take the time to listen and make a difference in a pts life for the better. Take a look.at the whole picture. It takes penn med 8 to 12 days for paperwork to be completed. Maybe theres something wrong there. Maybe the nurse manager could have a better system with how her office gets things done. Good luck. as word gets out and spreads rapidily. A former pt of 20 years. Thanx for the help.
